Product Item: Custom White Primed Wood Door Frame
Primed wood door frames are made from Radiata Pine Chinese Fir , Pinus Sylvestris , MDF or HDF with low moisture content is 8%-12%. Suitable for any weather difference. Our main process is :pepairing-coating- sanding-fine cutting-painting. We have the coating and drying line, heavy power sanding machine, strike and hinge machine,spray panting machine and double endtenoner. Any custom prime wood door frames are with high quality controll with tolerance ±0.4mm for width, thickness:±0.4mm, length:±0.79mm,the side bending is less than 1.5mm/m,no sharp local bending or warping at both ends, no color diffence can be observed, smooth surface and packing is neat.The door frame’s sizes and profiles can be our standards or customized with MOQ one 20 FCL.
