Product Item: Custom Gesso Pre-Primed Finger Jointed Door Frame
Custom Pre-primed FJ solid wood door frame can be made from Radiata Pine Chinese Fir , Pinus Sylvestris . The wood moisture content is controlled by 8%-12% by our 9dry Kiln with automatic steam system. The door frame’s sizes and profiles cnd be our standards or customized with MOQ one 20 FCL.Good quality as side bending is less than 1.5mm/m,no sharp local bending or warping at both ends, smooth surface and packing is neat. Pre-primed door frame mouldings are easy to be design with any other colors. Any door stops and window casing are availble from us too. Kindly let us know your request information, the best products will be done for you accordingly.
Standard packing:
1. Mouldings will be packed in mini-bundles secured with tape, within the main pack structure.
2. Packs will be wrapped with plastic film and hard paper
3. All bottom packs are secure to a plywood pallet.
Of course, we can design the packages with the order size and customized.
